Grounded Power: A Somatic Experience for Deep Feelers

This is not your typical class. It’s a sacred somatic experience designed for deep feelers, cycle breakers, and those carrying what isn’t theirs. Through intentional movement, ancestral rhythm, and nervous system repair, we’ll unlock the body’s memory, release trapped emotion, and restore your natural frequency.

This 60-minute session is rooted in liberation, not performance. Expect grounding rituals, emotional mapping, and body-based practices that speak the language of healing. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply in tune with your power.

At the end of class, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about The Sanctuary—a membership space for those committed to ongoing, frequency-first healing.
