Join us this evening and take some time for yourself to slow down and stretch out all the stress, to feel, to breath and to experience the magic of Yin.

Yin Yoga is a much more restorative, passive practice which involves a variation of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 6 minutes, accessing the ligaments & deep connective tissues. These classes are deeply relaxing, restoring equilibrium, balance & harmony throughout the body
