Vinyasa Flow with Brandy

Join us every Sunday at 9:15 AM at M Power Yoga Studio in Houma for a 60-minute Bhakti Vinyasa Flow. This non-heated, accessible class blends breath and movement with heart-centered intention, offering space for freedom of expression and inquiry through asana and pranayama. Experience the joy of storytelling, sweet sounds, and a supportive, loving community of fellow practitioners. All are welcome.

Brandy leads a 60 Minute non-heated Vinyasa Flow class with mindful movements and intentional sequencing on Sundays at 9:15am at M Power. Poses are held a bit longer here than some other studios to allow students space to align, connect, breathe, and embody with the benefits from sustained engagements and internal power. This class is accessible to most.
