Prepared Childbirth Set #7

This five-week course meets once a week for two hours. The classes are designed for first-time mothers and her support person(s), or those who want more information on pregnancy, childbirth, and baby care, comfort measure and breathing techniques, as well as Medic*tion options available are covered in this class. Please note that pillows and blankets are needed for breathing exercises and floor work. This class includes a tour of the Women’s Center.
