Menopause & Mocktails

Come gather with us for a cozy, uplifting evening. We’ll begin with a fun mixer and activity to set the tone, followed by a heartfelt discussion led by Melissa McGlothren, LCSW, who specializes in women’s reproductive mental health. Together, we’ll close the night with open sharing, an affirmation circle, and a joyful mocktail toast to honor this season of change.

The menopause journey can feel like a storm of emotions — fear, exhaustion, isolation; but it can also be a time of hope, transformation, and renewal. Please remember: you are not alone. You are not broken. This season of change can be one of deep wisdom and strength. It’s okay to be gentle with yourself, to embrace your experience, and to find your own way to bloom.
