Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is a powerful tool for personal transformation. Kundalini yoga is a combination of movement, breath work, meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness.

Kundalini Yoga is accessible to most and no experience necessary.

Lindsay Dugas is a 250 hour graduate of Yoga and Ayurveda Center. Her love for all things astrology and nature brings a unique style of yoga to the mat. With a Hatha based teaching she also incorporates Kundalini, Vinyasa, Meditation, and Pranayama. She has over 10 years experience with crystal energy work and a deeper understanding of how to integrate frequency healing into your everyday life. Lindsay’s goal is to have you leave your worries at the door and find your inner connection to the divine.
