✨Join us for Ground & Glow, an evening dedicated to connecting with the stabilizing energy of the Earth element through a nurturing yin yoga practice.
Our yin yoga sequence will focus on postures that stimulate the meridians associated with the Earth element, promoting feelings of grounding and stability. The soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls will wash over you, deepening your relaxation and enhancing your energetic connection to the earth.
🕯️To further enhance your experience, each participant will receive a hand-poured candle by her company scented with grounding essential oils. her company is a local, woman-owned and operated business specializing in unique hand-poured candles in recycled bottles and handmade jewelry.
