Foundations of Anatomy Weekend Immersion Saturday/Sunday 8-12PM

Join Daniela Trusevich, a comprehensive Pilates instructor, and Dr. Sydne Freeman, a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health, for a two-day weekend immersion into the foundations of human anatomy. This course is designed for anyone - from Pilates and yoga practitioners to personal trainers and movement enthusiasts - who wants to deepen their understanding of how their body works.
Note: This event is from 8AM- 12 PM both Saturday and Sunday and full registration is required.
