Yoga Trapeze

This course is an introduction to exercising with the Yoga Trapeze, the #1 inversion device in the world. The Yoga Trapeze dynamic, inverted, gravity-resistance training method creates natural traction using your own body weight to relieve back pain, reduce stress, improve your agility, tone muscles, and strengthen your core. You will build core strength, increase stamina, stretch your muscles, calm stress, and leave class feeling fit. Please wear comfortable clothing without zippers, metal, or sharp accessories.
