Free Distant Healing.
8pm-8.30pm
This is a collective healing session.
Meaning healing is shared to a Large group of people at the same time.
One to one distant healing is available on a donation basis 💖
Healing helps promote balance and harmony on all levels of being. To just relax and receive this for yourself is like a little gift of 'me time'.
You will need to find somewhere to lay down peacefully undisturbed for 45 minutes (or longer). Your bed is perfect for this as you may fall asleep.
To prepare to receive, at about 7.45pm -
I would ask you to do some deep cleansing breaths.
On the 'in-breath' envision every cell in your being filling with light.
On the 'out-breath' envision all your worries, pain, over thinking etc being released, as your breath leaves your mouth.
Be very conscious of this...
'in with the Light' -
'out with the Shite' (😁)
Do a couple of cycles of these cleansing breaths.
Then envision yourself in a 'bubble' of protective nurturing energy. Then just relax and allow your breath to fall into its natural rhythmic pattern.
I shall begin at 8pm and Finish at 8.30pm.
Some things you may experience whist receiving healing -
You may experience fluctuations of energy flowing through your body, you may experience visual imagery, colours or similar.
You may receive personal insights.
You may have an emotional release, it's not uncommon for emotions to rise and be released as tears during a healing session.
You may feel really energised.
You may fall asleep!
Healing induces a very deep state of peace and relaxation. This deep peaceful state of being is the most common experience recipient's have during these sessions.
But we are all different and as such, each experience of healing is as unique as we are.
Please have a glass of water ready for after the session and up your water intake for the rest of the evening.
