As part of her Deep Rest Series, Donna returns to the Yoga Garden this Summer to deliver Rest & Reconnect. This gentle Yoga Workshop will ease you into the second phase of the year with intuitive movement, meditation and deep relaxation. Honouring the feminine quality of fluidity and grace. Melt away blocks holding you back. Refill your cup and be utterly nourished.

Restful and restorative. Bring your curiosity and willingness to look within.

Practices include yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and nidra (yogic sleep) with Reiki healing infused savasana.

Suitable for absolute beginners, returners and regular practitioners.
Ideal for those who care for others - nurses, carers, parents etc.
