You are hereby invited to take part in this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). Details are as follows:
• Date: Saturday 11th October 2025
• Time: (see timetable below)
• Venue: North Wraxall Community Hall, Lower North Wraxall, Chippenham, SN14 7AF (what3words: ///vote.merely.approve)
The role of Chair therefore remains vacant as does the Footpath Officer. Clive Frankham is currently covering both roles. We also need a Publicity Officer. If any member wishes to join the committee, please consider putting your name forward. Despite the vacancies, we continue to be a very well run and successful group. Similarly, motions are also invited from members for discussion at the AGM. Nominations and motions must be received by the group's Secretary by Saturday 4th October 2025.
The proposed timetable for the event is as follows:
• 0900 - Committee arrive to set up hall and make coffee
• 0930 - A leisurely 5½-mile ramble in the local area
• 1200 - AGM
• 1230 - Buffet Lunch
• 1400 - Depart
If you have any dietary requirements, please let one of the committee know in advance.
