Yoga Nidra

Also known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed to bring you into a profound state of relaxation. It helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore your energy. Through gentle cues, you'll be led to a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate.

Crystal Sound Bath

Following the Yoga Nidra session, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a Crystal Sound Bath. The pure tones of crystal singing bowls create a soothing soundscape that helps release tension, balance energy, and promote emotional healing. The harmonic frequencies encourage a deep state of tranquility and inner peace.
