Shifting wounded identification and reclaiming inner wholeness

Working with core wounds and shadow work are related but with shadow work we integrate the unconscious forgotten parts of ourselves while core wounds are those deeply ingrained, emotional scars that shape our behaviours and beliefs which shapes our experiences.

Working with our shadow can be a valuable tool for healing and understanding our core wounds.

Healing our core wounds involves us addressing the emotional pain associated with them.

We will also do an art therapy exercise and a fire ceremony for this workshop.
