OPEN WATER SWIM CAMP - LINCOLN

LEARN THE OCEAN WALKER TECHNIQUE in open water from the creator and open water swimming record breaker at his very own purpose built open water swimming lake in Lincolnshire, the Ocean Walker Academy.
In a small group this course will take you through the 5 stages that build up to the Ocean Walker Technique. These stages (or drills) will show you how to position your body to be efficient in the water, help prevent injury and to swim faster for longer.

The time will be made up of 2 swim sessions. In the first session you will learn the stages that Adam Walker has formulated to help you position your body in the water more efficiently. In the second session we put everything you learned together to form the effortless Ocean Walker Technique front crawl stroke. We will have a short break between the two sessions for refreshments. Hot drinks and cakes will be available to purchase on the day.
