4 Elements Retreat

A relaxing and uplifting day retreat balancing the elemental energies of fire, air, earth and water through movement, meditation, breathwork and crystals.

✨Arrive to a warm welcome and mini smoothie
🔥Stretch and release tension in the body through a gently warming yoga practice. This will either be in our wellbeing barn overlooking the lake or outside lakeside depending on the weather.

🌊Connect to the element of water as you enjoy time on the lake kayaking and/or stand up paddleboarding

✨Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea style lunch
🎐Take to the water with a gentle heart opening SUP Yoga practise - Air Element
🌳Journey into deep relaxation through a grounding guided meditation whilst surrounded by our crystals

✨Refresh with a mint tea before you float home
