Steckerlfische

Steckerlfisch (Steckerl, bairisch für „kleiner Stecken“ oder „Stab“) ist ein am Stab gegrillter Fisch, eine Spezialität.

Unser Steckerlfisch wird in der Nordsee gefangen und heißt Makrele.

Zur Vorbereitung werden unsere Steckerlfische in einer hausgemachten Marinade eingelegt. Steckerlfisch wird auf dem Papier gegessen, in das er nach dem Grillen eingewickelt wird.

Das Team freut sich auf Euch und bittet um Vorbestellung bis 22.06.2025.
