Come have some fun Friday 7/25, 5:30-6:45pm for Glow & Flow Yoga!


This is a fun and upbeat class to shake off your busy week.. wear your favorite neon or bright colored clothes (optional) and get ready for a night of fun! We will use face/body paint, glow sticks, and flow to some fun lights and music!
