Relaxing Yoga with Sound Bath & Pop-up Shop - Friday 8/8 5:30-6:45pm

Come join one of SOVAs yoga teachers, Lauren, for a night of yoga and shopping on Friday, August 8th 5:30-6:45pm

She is also the owner of Thrifty Treasures Upcycled and will have a table set up with small gift ideas available to purchase such as jewelry, soap, herbal bath tea and more !

If you haven’t checked out the retail side of the studio yet, this will be the perfect opportunity!

The event will start off with some beginner friendly yoga and we will incorporate singing bowls, a reading, guided meditation, and a warm towel for savasana to help you relax deeper.

You’ll have an opportunity at the end to walk around and shop and there will also be a sale!
