We would like to invite everyone that graduated from South Side High School from its first class of 1957 thru 1994 to the alumni reunion on Saturday September 20, 2025 at the Hookstown fairgrounds from 2 pm to 10 pm. PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS SOON AS THIS WILL HELP US TO HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FOOD TRUCKS AND OTHER PREPARATION NEEDED FOR THIS EVENT. 😊 The admission tickets are only $10 per person thru July 31 and you can buy them thru the ZEFFY website link listed below. We will have food trucks available from 3 pm to 8 pm so you can purchase what you would like to eat. We will have a DJ playing dance music from 7 pm to 10 pm.
We welcome you to bring camp chairs, popup tents and activities such as cornhole or board games. We are also looking for volunteers that day to assist in registrations or to setup and run contests (such as cornhole or maybe a badmitten tornament). We are looking for folks from South SIde with talents that would like to perform during the day on the stage in the main pavilion and there will be a sound system available. We have several graduating classes that have volunteers, but some others do not, so please reach out to us. As it is difficult to get in touch with every person that graduated from South Side, we do ask that each of you spread the word.
While everyone is free to come and go as they please the entire day, we would like to have the classes of 1957 thru early 70s be there between 2 pm and 3 pm, then the rest of the 1970s thru 1980 between 3 and 4, then the remainder start arriving after 4 pm. This will allow us to keep registrations flowing quickly. If you do need to leave early, then anyone can come at 2 pm. Everyone is welcome to stay till 10 pm or if you need to leave for another obligation, you can come back later in the day.
Alumni Tshirts are also available thru the ZEFFY website for $15 each.
