Please join us in supporting Kate with her battle of Metastatic Breast Cancer. Kate would have been three years cancer free from Stage 3 Metastatic Invasive Lobular Carcinoma in September, unfortunately in April 2025 after having some lower back pain her cancer has returned. Kate’s oncologist, Dr. Tarabay ran multiple tests including CT Scan, MRI, bloodwork and a Petscan, concluding that her Breast Cancer had metastasized to her bones and liver. Kate has began her journey to find a manageable solution, as this cancer is not curable. Dr. Tarabay is confident that this can be controlled with a monthly shot and an everyday pill. She began radiation on Monday June 30th and received 12 rounds, this is to help relieve some of the pain in her back. Unfortunately, the pill Kate was taking caused her to be in the hospital for 5 days due to a severe allergic reaction, she will have to fully recover before they can start her back on a chemo pill.
We are holding this benefit in the hopes to take some of the financial burden off Kate and her family. There will be a Chinese raffle, special item raffle, 50/50 and t-shirt sale. We hope that you can come out and support Kate and her family during this difficult time.

We are accepting donations for the Chinese raffle (baskets or gift cards), food (pasta, sauce, meatballs, rolls, salad, salad fixings, Italian/ranch dressing, and desserts) , drinks (tea, lemonade, and pop) and monetary.
