Food Hero Volunteer Training
The SNAP-Ed team at OSU Extension in Hood River is currently recruiting new volunteers! Our volunteers support our team with programming throughout Hood River County.
Food Hero volunteers assist OSU Extension staff with:·
* School Food Hero Tastings
* ExCEL After School Programming
* School Break Camps
* Summer School Programming
* Local Food Pantry Tastings
* Community Garden Education
* Farmers Market Tabling/Tastings
* Safe Preservation Methods
* Pressure Gauge Testing
* Walk & Roll to School
* And More!
