Kupuna Fall Mitigation Training

Unseen Hawai’i Ohana’s Kupuna fall mitigation class at Hawai’i Physical Therapy every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday isn’t just for Kupuna. These small group classes are completely scalable from seated progressions all the way up to progressions of the same movement that are challenging for competitive athletes. I help all participants find the progression that is right for them based on their current mobility, strength, and stability. Nothing should be painful.
