Virtual support groups provide a safe, confidential, and supportive online environment, offering participants the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build informal mutual support and social relationships. These virtual sessions also provide education and resources about dementia, empowering participants with tools and strategies to navigate challenges and develop effective problem-solving skills.
