The Advanced Whisky Ambassador is the next level of The Whisky Ambassador – the original accredited Scotch Whisky training course established in 2012. This level dives deep into the technology and production, and discusses on how they influence the sensory profile of Scotch Whisky. The program would help participants to become a true expert and boost their confidence to talk about Scotland’s national drink.

Milling
Mashing
Fermentation
Malt & Grain Distillation
Maturation
Aroma
Blending and Bottling
The program welcomes whisky trade professionals, bartenders and sommeliers, as well as whisky collectors and lovers.

Whisky and Other Spirits: Technology, Production and Marketing by Graham Stewart, Julie Kellershohn & Inge Russell
Minimum 16 tasting samples for whisky experiences
Examination sit (one-time)
Certificates & pins for those who pass the examination

All applicants must be over 18+
