Aerial yoga for kids is a fun and engaging way to combine play with fitness, flexibility, Balance & Coordination.

Think your kid would love floating in the air? They totally will! This Kids Aerial Yoga Summer Workshop series involves using a soft fabric hammock or swing suspended from the ceiling to perform yoga poses, stretches, and gentle acrobatics.

Dates: 21 July -29 Aug 2025, Every Monday & Friday
Time: Monday 11am-12pm / Friday 3-4pm
Fee: HK300@class, HK250@class if you kid joins 5 sessions or above
Venue: 3/F, The Yoga Room
