Relax in weightless suspension as sound alchemist Audrey Yiu guides you through a surround sound & meditative journey with aromatherapy oils, delivering instant stress relief while gong and singing bowl vibrations promote circulation, relaxation and rejuvenation.

The class is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
