Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

Join us as we help you relax deeply, activate the natural healing processes of the body, and restore physical and emotional well-being. Participants will be invited to lay back on their mats, close their eyes, and be taken on a guided journey inward. Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you rest comfortably and stay warm.

To ensure that you can maximize the relaxing benefits of yoga in our studio, please note the following:

Classes begin promptly at the time listed on the calendar. Doors will be locked once class begins.

Please plan to arrive between 10-15 minutes before class starts.

Bring your own yoga mat.

Please stay home if you feel sick in any way (COVID-related or not).

If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please deregister as soon as possible. You will not be able to deregister within 1 hour of the class start time.

If you do not deregister, a class credit will be deducted from your account. If you are a Monthly Unlimited member and you do not deregister, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $28.
