During our time together, you’ll explore:
Chanting (Mantra) | Harness the vibration of sound to quiet the mind and open the heart.
Kriya (Movement + Breath) | Experience sequences of postures, breathwork, and mudras that clear energy blocks and build vitality.
Sound Healing | Immerse yourself in the resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to restore harmony to body and mind.
Meditation | Drop into deep stillness and connect with your highest self.

You are invited to come dressed comfortably with your yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Plan to wear a hat or head covering to help harness the energy we activate.
