Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation Class - Best suited to 3rd Trimester.

Practicing yoga in late pregnancy offers many physical, mental and emotional benefits for mothers to be. This class will allow you the time to tune into your changing body, understand how it will work in labour, show how yoga positions will be beneficial for labour and teach you powerful breathing techniques, so that you can feel in control of your birth. Every class will finish with a beautiful guided relaxation, which will ensure you leave feeling completely relaxed.

This class is on a Friday morning at the venue detailed below throughout the year.
Booking needs to be made 72 hours before the class.
As this class is for late pregnancy, you do not need to sign up for a block of classes. Simple select the class from the dates available and book.
