About the event

Conservation Detection Dogs Workshop
Join us for a fascinating session with Dr. Caroline Finlay from Conservation Detection Dogs NI, as she explores how detection dogs are used in the world of conservation.

From detecting bat species to tracking rare plants, detection dogs have proven to be one of the most effective tools for surveying, recording and aiding conservation and species protection. Dr. Finlay will share insights into how these amazing animals are used in the field, plus a live demonstration showcasing the dogs in action!

Whether you’re passionate about nature, fascinated by conservation, or simply a dog lover, this “ulti-mutt” experience is not to be missed!
