Namaste in nature yoga and sound with Elaine and Sharon

Come and join us in nature for a yoga and gong practice at the wellness village .

A practice to help us focus on our physical and mental wellbeing whilst connecting with nature.

The yoga practice will be accessible for all levels.

We will breathe,move and meditate together, then we will lie back and experience the sounds of the gongs wash over us, leaving us feeling relaxed and peaceful in nature.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket with you and anything to make you warm and comfortable for your gong bath and maybe a pillow.

Prices are £8 for yoga or £8 for gong bath or £15 for both.
Payment in cash on day or bank transfer.
All funds go to charity.

Please arrive at 17.45 for registration.
