Gong bath Rhoscolyn yurt

Please bring something comfy to lie on, maybe a mat or a sun lounger. Bring anything that is gonna make you warm and comfy e.g. blankets pillow sleeping bag to create a warm and cosy nest and some water to drink.

When you arrive find a spot and make yourself warm and comfortable and slow down the mind and body and relax stresses are released and the mind and body return to an even balance.

During the sound bath you can experience physical sensations as the sound waves passed through your body. You can also have a visual experience such as seeing colours as your mind relaxes you may also have an emotional experience as you’re feeling is passed through you or maybe you just simply relax into a deep state of weightlessness and peace.

If you have any health concerns such as medical conditions or metal in the body such as (screws pens et cetera) please let me know beforehand, this can help me to assess how much volume I can use during the Gong bath. Some medical conditions are not appropriate for sound breaths such as sound induced epilepsy, the first trimester of pregnancy and those with pacemakers.

Tickets are £15 please pay on the night or bank transfer.
