This space is incredibly special to me especially as I realise not everyone has a safe space to share what might be going on for them. A space where they can share and be heard without judgement. This is a space to come as you are.

Women have sat and shared in circles for many generations.

This is a calm, welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and each other. Join me for a nurturing women’s circle held each month.

These evenings offer a gentle opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and return to your centre, supported by community and thoughtful guidance.

What to Expect
Each circle is slightly different but you can expect some of the below:
✨A grounding meditation to help you settle into the space
✨A themed sharing circle where you’re invited (never required) to share
✨Soft reflective prompts or journaling moments
✨A warm, respectful environment where your voice matters
✨A closing moment to integrate what arose for you

For Women of all ages (16+) who are seeking a compassionate place to reflect, reset, and reconnect; whether you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply craving stillness. 💖
