Fascial Dance

This Sunday Pop Up is a flow class that we are going to add music too.
A class to connect to your body , tune in and move to release. We have some freedom with each pose for you to learn how to move to release the tight spots. A great class to connect your breath and movement, allowing you to use this technique on your own.
This class will be a vinyasa style with some breath practice and mindfulness to it.
The class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
