Healing Together Retreat

Hosted by Healing with Katie. This is our 6th annual retreat to shine light on mental health! This event is dedicated to Katie and Kathy’s mother RuthAnn, who died by suicide when they were 7 years old. This event is to bring awareness to suicide, mental health, self-care and so much more. We are here to show you that you’re not alone. Let’s bring inner healing to you, your friends, family, and community. Bring a friend, save a life!

Come spend the day with us while we work on finding where you are in your inner healing. Let's experience a powerful self-care day within a safe space. You can enjoy candlelight yoga, workshops, healing art, and self-defense. Guest Speakers will share their healing journey while you enjoy great food, drinks, and fellowship.

In conclusion from the hour of 3pm to 4pm, there will be an open conversation about mental health and door prizes. Come with questions, concerns, ideas, and even share your personal story.

You will leave here with a personalized healing plan, along with a goody bag full of resources!
