Small Group Sound Bath

Join us every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 10:00am our bi-monthly sound bath.

Each full body meditative experience uses therapudic instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs Tibetan bowls and more, to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, bring you fully present into your body, and promote relaxation and restoration.
