Aqua Yoga at the Oasis

Nama-stay cool with Aqua Yoga! Make a splash this summer with Aqua Yoga—a refreshing twist on your yoga practice. Led by the wonderful Jana Rife of Hanalei SUP Yoga, this all-levels class takes place in the shallow waters of the Cherokee County Aquatic Center’s Oasis Pool. No paddleboard, no problem—just bring your breath, your body and a willingness to go with the flow. Enjoy all the benefits of traditional yoga, including improved strength, flexibility and balance, without ever having to roll out a mat or break a sweat. The water provides natural resistance and support, making it easier on the joints and perfect for relieving stress. It’s also a lovely treat during the heat of the summer. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just dipping your toes in, this class is for everybody, so come float daily stresses away, one pose at a time!
