Sunrise Beach Yoga on Topsail Island

Start your day with a grounding flow on the beach. We'll begin with meditation and move through a stretch-focused sequence to connect breath, body, and mind.

Accessible for all levels. Bring a towel, blanket, or yoga mat.

No reservation needed.

See you on the beach Surf City Beach Access 5 at Broadway Ave & N. Shore Dr. Parking at the Broadway Street lot is free before 8 AM!
