Arden in Motion Workshop

Join us for a special Arden in Motion Workshop on July 27 at 3pm outside in the magical Arden Shady Grove for a living, breathing collaboration between body, earth, and spirit through movement and music.

Through guided mindful meditation, somatic practices, improvisational structures, live music, and intuitive play, you’ll experience a transcendent dance/movement workshop. No experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and your open heart.

Come feel the rhythms of life through your body and rediscover your wild, embodied self.
