Arden in Motion [Dancing with Poetry] Workshop

Join us for a special Arden in Motion Workshop on June 29th at 3pm outside in the magical Arden Shady Grove for a living, breathing collaboration between body, earth, and spirit. Together, we’ll gather beneath the open sky to explore the theme of Dancing with Trees, awakening our senses, deepening our connection to nature, and moving in harmony with the ancient wisdom of the forest.

Through guided mindful meditation, somatic practices, improvisational movement, live music, and intuitive play, you’ll experience the joy of dancing in dialogue with trees as allies, mirrors, and movement companions. No experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and your open heart.

Come dance the unseen language of the trees and rediscover your wild, embodied self.
