If you're a mom with a preschooler, come on out!
This series has its foundation in literacy, as littles circle-up for an engaging story time - join us on the floor and have them sit in your lap, or take a mental break and let them enjoy some independence. Either way, our reader is captivating and has experience passing on a love for reading to children.
After the story, kids will get innovative as they are challenged to engineer a relevant project with Duplo blocks. They will be encouraged to exercise confidence as they present their build to their friends in a show and tell format (or interview style).
Sometimes solo and sometimes in small groups, everyone will use their creativity and work on those fine motor skills to put together a build they can be proud of.
And once the imaginations are activated, we'll move into some free-build time and enjoy some open play.
While this class is designed for 3-6 year olds, we welcome older siblings that are attentive.
This class occurs every Monday for 6 weeks and is $49/child for the series or $10/class.*
