About the event

Lammas Sound Bath
Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, is the name given to one of the three Celtic harvest festivals on the wheel of the year. Placed in the last month of summer, Lammas invites us to take stock of what we have manifested and what is still left to grow. I will lead you on a guided meditation to help you bask in the beauty of the late summer light. Spots are limited!
