• Learn how to convey current and relevant skills, while distinguishing them from past performance
• Effectively communicate your professional skills during interview(s) of various time lengths
• Learn how to compensate for technical inadequacies during a phone or Zoom interview
• Learn how to avoid fatigue after traveling for an interview

Personalized Resume Review:

• Optimize your resume's keywords and formatting to maximize compatibility with current Applicant Tracking Systems
• Align your resume to the correct style, layout, tone and formatting, including keywords, sentence structure, spelling and grammar

7 p.m. - 9 p.m.: "Interview Strategy":

This session will help job seekers who have specific questions on interviewing strategy to develop and practice interview responses, strengthening their candidacy for successful consideration in the hiring process. It will also include additional points such as interviewing in 2025, the impact of AI, following up on an interview, keeping the relationship going, and the importance of internal advocates, referrals and networking.

This presentation will be facilitated by Richard J. Kennedy. Richard J. Kennedy has worked from Wall Street to Hollywood, with start ups to the Fortune 100 and additionally he has helped 1,891 transitioning military service members find civilian careers.
