Health Advice Drop In Session for 5-19 year olds @ Chetwood Family Hub (2nd and 4th Thurs of month)

Drop In sessions at your local Family Hub to get advice and support for your school aged child with a member of our school health team, where you can discuss things that may be concerning you

Managing worries, low mood, stress or anger issues
Bullying and friendship issues
Diet / Nutritional support
Improving sleep
Day and night wetting
Behavioural concerns
Personal hygiene
Sexual health
Information and signposting regarding medical conditions
And much more- signposting, advice, and support.

Day: 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month
Time: 3pm - 4.30pm
Location: Chetwood Family Hub, Shirebourn Vale, South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 5ZX
Drop In session- no booking needed
