About the event

Swim Conditioning Intensive with Coach Jack Siebold
April 2nd-May 21st | Wednesdays at 6:00pm-7:00pm
Outdoor Lap Pool | Cost: $264 Members / $400 Non Members
Space is limited to 10 participants. No make-up dates

8 one-hour conditioning classes for middle to high school age
swimmers interested in staying and getting in shape for the
upcoming swim team season.

Focus on:
Stroke Technique
Legal Starts and Turns
Conditioning

Pre-Requisites: Must have the ability to perform butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.
Each session will comprise of up to approximately 2000 yards per session.
