HMS Empty Bowl Fundraiser Dinner

Our students have been hard at work painting ceramic bowls as part of this meaningful project. Originally, these bowls were intended to be used for serving soup during the event. However, due to unexpected issues with our kiln, we are unable to properly fire the bowls to make them “food safe.”

We are embracing a new plan that still aligns with our mission of raising awareness about food insecurity. Each hand-painted ceramic bowl will now be transformed into a mini planter! Along with their bowl, attendees will receive a small bag of soil and a seed packet to take home and plant. It's a hands-on way to continue supporting the theme of nourishment and sustainability.

Adult and/or Child Ticket $25.00 each
includes CLAY PLANTER BOWL & dinner (soup, salad, bread, dessert)

Meal Only Ticket $15.00 each
includes dinner (soup, salad, bread, dessert)

Toddler Ticket (3 years & younger only) No cost
includes dinner (soup, salad, bread, dessert)

Remember this initiative supports local hunger relief efforts—all proceeds will go to organizations like the Delaware Food Bank - making a meaningful impact in the fight against hunger.
