The Longest Day Group Run

Every year on the longest day of sunlight I run from sunrise (5:07am) to sunset (8:23pm). I do this to raise awareness (and funds) for Alzheimer’s and Dementia. For people living with or caring for someone with dementia, it is really hard. Running for this isn’t as hard. Please join me for all or some of these miles. They won’t be fast but I could use the company!! If you want to join for any of the miles, let me know what time to loop back to meet you at the visitor center.
