Join us for our annual community concert at Glastonbury Abbey!

This year at Glastonbury Abbey, ASO presents popular Irish music band Boxty, which was founded in 2015 by Dublin-born singer Cormac Marnell. 

The Boston-based band has played all over New England at events like New England Revolution games and the Hurling Classic at Fenway.

We mix it up with ASO's audience-favorite Brendan Ryan on the flute plus keyboardist Jujin Han, a South Shore resident who was named an emerging artist at the 2024 Vermont Solo Piano Jazz Fest.

The concert will be a fun day with ice cream from Nona's Homemade Ice Cream Truck and some cornhole on the lawn. Bring a chair or a blanket, and enjoy a picnic with friends and family.  And while you're there, learn about the South Shore Heritage Trail.  

The grounds at Glastonbury Abbey (16 Hull Street in Hingham) open at 3pm. All ages are welcome, with children 12 and under admitted free of charge (please reserve a ticket).

For those having financial difficulties, bring your EBT, MassHealth or WIC card and receive free admission under the Mass Cultural Council's Card to Culture program.
