Loggerhead Express Trolley Wrap Unveiling

A single Breeze Trolley is about to do triple duty—celebrate local art, spotlight sea turtle conservation, and show how public – private community partnerships can bring bold ideas to life.

On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Shelter Cove Community Park, the Town’s Office of Cultural Affairs and The Breeze Trolley will unveil The Loggerhead Express—a trolley transformed into a rolling mural. The wrap features the vivid illustrations of local artist and Myrtle the Loggerhead Turtle co-writer Mira Scott. Mira also led the project and fundraising efforts, joined by other community leaders — proving that when a town comes together, beautiful things can happen.

4 pm: VIP Unveiling
5pm: Ribbon Cutting
5:10 – 7 pm: The public is invited to preview the trolley
4- 7 pm: Tio's Latin American Kitchen Restaurant, is offering their Happy Hour menu for anyone who wants to walk across the street for food and beverages.
